1501 to 1503 South Adams is at the southwest corner of South Adams and Lincoln. In the 1902 Sanborn Fire Insurance Atlas, 1501 and 1503 appear to be empty lots. The current Google Maps view shows both addresses as a parking lot.

 

The only time this property is mentioned as a hotel is in the 1894 PCD Business Section under Saloons, where it is referred to as “M. Molloy Hotel and Sample Room.” Mr. Molloy ran a saloon at a different location in 1893 and in 1895 he is not listed at all and the property is then a saloon and confectionery.
