The following four properties in Averyville originally had addresses on Galena Road. About 1896, Galena Road, which previously began at Woodlawn, was changed to an extension of North Adams, keeping the same numbering system. The new Galena Road then began at about Lorentz Street, which remains the starting point today.

 

3213 North Adams, aka 3213 Galena Road, west side of the street, between Sloan and Tracy. 3213 was attributed to Galena Road until about 1896, when it became an extension of North Adams. Woodford House is listed as a hotel only in the 1893 PCD. From 1894 to 1903 it is a boarding house. Several other businesses occupy the property sporadically after that, with many years appearing to be vacant. It is now a vacant lot.

3598 North Adams, aka 3598 Galena Road, which was at the southeast corner of North Adams and Mill, which was just north of Beacon. 3598 was attributed to Galena Road until about 1896, when it became an extension of North Adams. The only time it is listed as a hotel is in 1896, and as late as 1901 as a boarding house. After that it appears the building was rented as apartments. It is currently a vacant lot next to the east ramp to the McClugage Bridge.

3743 North Adams, aka 3743 North Galena Road, east side of the street, between Harvard and Lorentz. 3743 was attributed to Galena Road until about 1896, when it became an extension of North Adams. From 1893-1894 it is listed as the Washington Heights Hotel. From 1895 until 1951 it is listed as a saloon or liquor store, with many owners. It is last listed in the 1951 PCD. The property is now part of the McClugage Bridge interchange. The area just to the northwest of this location was then known as Washington Heights.
