On the 1902 Sanborn Fire Insurance Maps, 623 and 625 South Adams is a single, two-story, retail building. There is no 627 South Adams and 629 is a one-story private dwelling. The building at 621, once a bakery for Kate Doolittle and others, has an attached oven at the rear.

 

This entire block is now part of the Dozer Park baseball complex.
